Beijing airport on December 27, 2017, Wayne Watson looked out of the airplane window accepting the disappointing realization that his dream of semi-retiring in China was no longer feasible. Consequently, he decided to return to Calgary and establish a real estate brokerage. He wanted to create a brokerage that allowed agents to immediately start or improve their business without a large cash outlay and make money in the present and future. He would offer the Agents the option to become Agent Owners through shares purchase. He decided to name it Agents Own Realty.
